This is a surprisingly versatile ice wine that can easily be paired with savoury and sweet dishes alike. Try it with blue cheese tarts or an assortment of cheeses for a contrast style pairing. panna cotta with a red berry compote or a white chocolate raspberry cheesecake are perfect for a complimentary pairing. Of course, this “dessert in a glass” can be enjoyed all on its own.
