Tasting note

Fine pale lemon. Not much frost here, 10 barrels for 13 ouvrées. Just a hint of menthol. Surprisingly fat on the palate, but that is the terroir, and also maybe not quite finished sugar, some cooked lemon notes. Nicely persistent.
