Tasting note

A pure clear pale colour with lemon and lime highlights. The bouquet is very racy, extremely classy, speaks of the limestone more than the clay. Some lemon washed saline stony qualities to complete the wine. More about the purity than the weight. Superb harmony, the fruit dances across the palate to this light on its feet finish. Drink from 2026-2031.
