Tasting note

Unusually, this is more restrained than the Latricières with a very cool blend of both upper and lower register aromas that include plenty of floral and spice wisps. The round and more elegant if less mineral-driven flavors possess a wonderfully refined mouthfeel and a lovely sense of energy, all wrapped in a chiseled and complex if slightly lean, raspy and somewhat shorter finish.
