Tasting note

From Aux Communes, Saules and a small plot in Bossière. The 2019 Vosne-Romanée has a glorious bouquet, so detailed, with floral notes, plump sweet fruit as well, sweetly ripe but not crushed strawberries, luscious yet with the perfect grain of balanced tannins. Well balanced, not quite the same intensity behind as my favourite village level wines of the vintage.
