Tasting note

Subdued aromas of apple, pineapple and wet stone. Dense, broad and dry, showing lovely clarity of crystallized fruits and crushed stone but not yet displaying its full personality. Best today on the palate-staining nish, but this grand cru is certain to require at least five or six years of bottle aging to reach its full potential.
