Tasting note

The NV Extra Brut Genesis is one of the better wines I tasted from Glavier this year. A blend of 67% 2015 and 33% reserve wines, the Genesis offers lovely creaminess to match its mid-weight personality. Apricot, lemon confit, dried flowers, spice and light tropical notes all meld together. When the wines are balanced here, they can be quite compelling, as is the case with this edition of Genesis.
